ORCAMOBILE DSPExplore how advertisers, retailers, marketplaces, and partners use ORCA to reach valuable audiences, improve campaign efficiency, and build durable sources of revenue — measured in their own analytics stack, on their own definitions.
01 · Built for performance
Every ORCA story states the business problem, what changed in the campaign, and the outcome — with the measurement method named, not implied. Results are read in the customer's own measurement stack over a stated time period, and where a claim depends on the customer's data, catalog quality, or attribution setup, we say so. Some customers are named; others are described by category and scale because their growth strategy is competitive information.

A top-10 casual-game publisher in Southeast Asia · ORCA Ads — User Acquisition
Buying for day-30 revenue instead of install volume.
The challenge: the team had scaled to millions of installs on cost-per-install bidding, but roughly 2–5% of players produced most in-app purchase revenue, and nothing in the campaign setup could tell those players apart from the rest at bid time. Every efficiency gain on install cost made the revenue picture worse.
The approach: optimization moved from installs to predicted day-30 revenue, using the publisher's own tutorial-completion, level-milestone, and first-purchase events. Existing-customer suppression was added so acquisition stopped re-buying active players.
The result: 15–30% higher ROAS within the first two months, and 20–35% higher 30-day retention among users acquired on the new objective. Measured in the publisher's existing attribution stack on a 7-day click, 1-day view window.
"We stopped congratulating ourselves on install cost. The number that moved the business was day-30 revenue, and that only started improving when the bidding was pointed at it." — Head of User Acquisition
A digital-banking app operating in three Latin American markets · ORCA Ads — User Acquisition
Optimizing on funded accounts, not registrations.
The challenge: only a small share of installs — a few percent — ever reached a funded account, and funding could lag registration by weeks. Campaigns tuned on registrations delivered volume that never converted, and the payouts attracted fraudulent installs.
The approach: predictions were chained across the funnel — install to registration to application to funding — so bidding stayed informed despite the terminal event arriving only a few dozen times a week. Pre-bid invalid-traffic filtering and app-level exclusions ran on every auction.
The result: 15–30% better cost per funded customer over a four-week read, with 3–8% of bid requests filtered before spend was committed.
"Registrations were never our problem. Funded accounts were. Once the campaign was allowed to predict that far down the funnel, the traffic mix changed within weeks." — VP of Growth
A regional general-merchandise marketplace with tens of thousands of active sellers · ORCA Commerce Media
From a seller-funded promo budget to a real ad business.
The challenge: advertising revenue sat below 1% of GMV. Sellers bought placements with no SKU-level proof of return, so budgets never renewed, and the internal team feared that more ads would degrade search relevance.
The approach: sponsored product launched on search and browse first, with ranking weighted on predicted purchase probability alongside bid, relevance floors set by the marketplace, and self-serve campaign creation generated from the seller's catalog feed. SKU-level ROAS reporting was exposed to sellers directly.
The result: first campaigns live in under 10 weeks; advertising revenue grew past 2% of GMV within the first year, with sponsored product returning 3–6x ROAS for participating sellers. Search conversion rate was unchanged.
"The fear was that monetizing search would cost us conversion. It didn't, because a badly matched product can't outbid a well-matched one here." — Director of Monetization
A food-delivery platform expanding across 12 cities · ORCA Ads — User Acquisition and Re-engagement
Buying the second order.
The challenge: roughly two-thirds of first-time customers never placed a second order, so promo-driven acquisition was structurally unprofitable. Worse, spend was reaching customers outside live delivery zones and during courier shortages.
The approach: targeting was narrowed to postal-code level inside active service areas with budget shifting by daypart, and the optimization event moved from first order to the second order within 30 days. Lifecycle campaigns re-engaged customers who ordered once and stalled.
The result: 20–35% higher 30-day retention among newly acquired customers, 8–15% of the lapsed cohort recovered within 30 days at 40–70% less than new-customer acquisition cost, and a reliable read on each new city within two weeks.
"City launches used to cost us a quarter of spend before we knew anything. Now we know in two weeks whether a market works." — Head of Performance Marketing
